On June 10th, Dayun new energy vehicles passed the EMC test successfully. As is known to us, it is necessary to test the vehicle to ensure its quality before a new energy electric vehicle is launched to the market. Thus, the R&D personnel from Dayun new energy department work hard and do a lot of tests to find the problem that may occur. After all the functional parts are working normally, there is still an important procedure, that is the EMC test according to the regulations of vehicles in China. Every vehicle produced must pass through the test to be a qualified one. So what is EMC? Why is it so important! The electromagnetic compatibility means that the electronic equipments can work normally in electromagnetic environment. Electromagnetic interference is a kind of electromagnetic variation which is harmful to the working performance of electronic equipment. Now, many electronic equipments are used in the new energy electric vehicles, the battery, motor, and electric control equipments are the key parts to ensure the normal performance of the new energy electric vehicles. However, these parts are easy to be interfered by electromagnetic. The vehicle may lose control if it happens, and the operating system will be out of work. So, the EMC test is very important. For the project of EMC test, Dayun has invested much including time, manpower and resources to adhere to make environmental and safe new energy vehicles.
